Legal
Takedown policy.
If you see a picture or video of a person made with FLAÜNTE that shouldn't be there, tell us. You don't need an account, and you don't need to be on FLAÜNTE.
How to report
Go to itsflaunte.com/report and paste a link to the image or upload it. Every image or video of a person we hand out carries an invisible watermark, so we can tell whose likeness it is and which licence it was made under.
Pick what's wrong:
- This isn't me, or I never made this.
- I didn't agree to this use.
- It's used outside the licence (place, time or product).
- It's harmful, sexual or misleading.
To keep the form open to everyone, we limit how many reports can be sent in a short time.
What we do
Our team reviews every report and does one of three things:
- Take it down. We remove the copy we host, close any share links and suspend the licence it was made under.
- Strike the brand. We take it down as above and give the brand a strike, which pauses its booking access until our team reinstates it. The brand is told by email and in the app.
- Dismiss. If the image was used within its licence, it stays up.
The person whose likeness it is is told how we resolved it. If they think we got it wrong, they can reply to us.
Copies we don't host
We can only remove copies we host. If a brand has posted it elsewhere, we can still suspend the licence and strike the brand. The content credentials on the file say it was AI-generated by FLAÜNTE, which you can point to when you report it to that platform.
People who have died
We list living people only. If a likeness of someone who has died appears on FLAÜNTE, their family or estate can tell us at itsflaunte.com/report.
