Refund policy.
Monthly plans
Monthly plans are non-refundable. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
Annual plans
Annual plans are non-refundable after 14 days from the date of the annual charge. Within the first 14 days of an annual charge, you may request a full refund by contacting billing@itsflaunte.com.
Free trial
FLAÜNTE offers a 1-day free trial for eligible plans. Your card is charged at the end of the trial period. To avoid any charge, cancel before the trial ends. No refunds are issued after the trial period has ended and the first charge has been processed.
MAISON plans
MAISON (brand-tier) plans do not include a free trial and monthly MAISON plans are non-refundable. Annual MAISON plans follow the same 14-day refund window as annual consumer plans: a full refund is available on request within 14 days of the annual charge date.
How to request a refund
Email billing@itsflaunte.com with your account email and order reference. Eligible refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
