How it works
Describe
A vision model writes down exactly what one unit looks like — shape, colours, every embellishment and its placement.
Generate and judge
The swatch is generated from the tightened photo plus that description, then judged against the product: same design, nothing invented. One retry; a failure keeps the product photo.
Key the cutout
The product is re-rendered on #00FF00 with no shadow, keyed to a hard edge, de-spilled, and judged for fidelity. A matte model is the fallback.
