A try-on came out wrong
Tap Redo on the result to try again. If the piece is missing, changed colour, or your body was cut off, that's on us — the credits for a failed try-on are refunded.
For the best results, try pieces whose product photo shows the whole item clearly. Full outfits work best with up to 10 pieces in one go.
Ask the help assistant if you think you were charged for a failed try-on — it can check and refund it.
