My likeness doesn't look like me
Most mismatches come from the photo: low light, a strong filter, a tilted head or a cropped body. Retake it in daylight with your face straight to the camera.
You can add more photos of yourself — every photo you add is used for every look, so your likeness gets closer each time.
If a redo still looks wrong, ask the help assistant: it can check your scans and refund the credits for a failed one.
